Cateringbeheerder | Borssele | €15,21-€18,42 per uur | 30 uur Borssele Over de functie Als cateringbeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen van het bedrijfsrestaurant. Je houdt het overzicht, stuurt je team aan en zorgt dat medewerkers en gasten elke dag goed worden ontvangen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Een team van 2 collega's aansturen en meenemen in het dagelijkse werk; - De voorraad bijhouden, producten bestellen en de administratie verzorgen; - Meewerken in de keuken bij het bereiden en uitgeven van maaltijden; - Zorgen voor een gastvrije sfeer en goede service aan de counter; - Extra cateringprojecten organiseren, zoals tijdens de jaarlijkse STOP-periode. De STOP is de jaarlijkse onderhoudsperiode van 6 tot 8 weken. In die weken is het flink drukker en werk je van maandag tot en met zondag, ook 's avonds. Wat breng jij als Cateringbeheerder | Borssele | €15,21-€18,42 per uur | 30 uur Omdat je zowel leiding geeft als zelf meewerkt, zoeken we iemand die: - Ervaring heeft als leidinggevende in de horeca, catering of hospitality (ervaring met een STOP is een pluspunt); - Goed Nederlands en Engels spreekt; - Goed kan plannen en organiseren en meerdere taken tegelijk oppakt; - Overzicht houdt als het druk wordt, gasten goed helpt en het team gemotiveerd houdt; - Kan werken met Microsoft Office. Wat bieden wij vanuit Dutch Staffing Group Wat je hiervoor terugkrijgt: - Een baan van 30 uur per week, maandag tot en met vrijdag (4 dagen of 24 uur per week is bespreekbaar); - Een salaris tussen €15,21 en €18,42 bruto per uur, afhankelijk van je ervaring; - 25 vakantiedagen op basis van een fulltime dienstverband en pensioenopbouw; - Een reiskostenvergoeding volgens de cao; - Ruimte om je te ontwikkelen met trainingen en cursussen.
