In onze (bedrijfs)restaurants en via onze cateringtak bieden we gasten een fijne horeca-ervaring én leiden we tegelijkertijd mensen op naar een duurzame plek op de arbeidsmarkt Jouw functie: catering, koken en begeleiden op de werkvloer Als cateringmedewerker sta jij midden in onze open keuken op een bedrijfslocatie in Utrecht. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de bereiding van een gevarieerd en vers lunchbuffet, warme maaltijden en vergaderservice. Je zorgt dat alles op tijd klaarstaat, mooi gepresenteerd is én dat de keuken schoon en georganiseerd blijft. Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, gastvrijheid en hygiëne. Je werkt nauw samen met de (assistent-)locatiemanager, met wie je afstemt over de dagindeling, planningen en voortgang van het team. Samen zorgen jullie voor een goed georganiseerde werkdag waarin gastvrijheid én opleiden hand in hand gaan. Daarnaast werk je dagelijks samen met deelnemers die via ons leer-werkprogramma meedraaien in de keuken. Jij bent hun directe collega en praktijkvoorbeeld. Je helpt ze structuur te vinden in het werk, legt dingen uit en motiveert ze waar nodig. Geen officiële lesgever, wél een betrokken en geduldige collega op de werkvloer.
