In het St. Antonius Hartcentrum leiden we je graag op tot Cardiac Care (CCU) verpleegkundige. Waarom kiezen voor deze baan? - Je groeit in 13 maanden door tot CCU-verpleegkundige - Je verdiept je in ritmeproblematiek, uitdagende ingrepen en ondersteunende medicatie - Je leert van complexe casuïstiek bij acute én chronische cardiale aandoeningen - Je werkt in het meest innovatieve hartbehandelcentrum van Nederland Wat ga je doen? Je werkt op de hartbewaking direct aan het bed van de patiënt en daarnaast op de Eerste Hart Hulp (EHH), waar je leert hoe je patiënten met acute hartinfarcten en ritmestoornissen opvangt en behandelt. Ook maak je deel uit van het reanimatieteam van het ziekenhuis, altijd onder begeleiding van een ervaren CCU-verpleegkundige. Op onze afdeling kom je alle facetten van acute cardiologie tegen: van spoedinterventies na een hartinfarct, levensbedreigende ritmestoornissen en uitwendige pacemakers tot cardiogene shock. Ons hartcentrum werkt met de meest innovatieve interventies, waardoor jij direct betrokken bent bij de nieuwste ontwikkelingen in het vak. Zo zijn wij bijvoorbeeld het enige ziekenhuis in Nederland dat genetica toepast in de standaardbehandeling van patiënten met Acuut Coronair Syndroom. Als CCU-verpleegkundige leer jij zelfstandig de genetische bepaling van het CYP2C19-enzym uit te voeren, waarmee de antistollingsmedicatie voor de patiënt wordt bepaald.
