CCU Verpleegkundige UMCG , Groningen Vakgebied Verpleegkunde Functie CCU Verpleegkundige Branche Ziekenhuis Aanstelling Vaste aanstelling Plaatsingsdatum 26 september 2026 Niveau MBO Ervaring Ervaren Dienstverband Niet nader bepaald Wat ga je doen Je maakt deel uit van ons team van ruim 50 CCU verpleegkundigen en CCU verpleegkundigen in opleiding en samen met het medisch team geven we zorg aan patiënten met acute of complexe cardiologische ziektebeelden. Na de overdracht beginnen we de dag met een briefing, waarin we elkaar kort informeren over de patiënten die er liggen en wat de plannen voor de komende dienst zijn. Daarna start de patiëntenzorg, de visites, onderzoeken en behandelingen, opnames en overplaatsingen. De dag verloopt onvoorspelbaar; acute opnames via de ambulancedienst, geplande nazorg na medische ingrepen, overnames van instabiele patiënten, reanimatie oproepen, telemetrische bewaking, hoog complexe ondersteunende behandelingen en technieken wisselen elkaar af terwijl we onze patiënten en naasten maximaal willen bijstaan. Hierbij is er veel collegiale samenwerking en tijdens de pauzes vaak veel gezelligheid en humor. Collega's in opleiding worden begeleid en ondersteund. De tijd tussen dag- en avonddienst wordt vaak gebruikt voor een klinische les of overleg, waarna de late dienst weer gaat briefen en de zorg overneemt, om deze uiteindelijk weer over te dragen aan de 4 collega's in de nachtdienst. Werkomgeving De afdeling Cardiac Care Unit (CCU) van het Hartcentrum richt zich op acute cardiologie en op de zorg voor complexe cardiologische patiëntencategorieën, zowel voor als na invasieve of chirurgische interventies. Rondom acute interventiecardiologie wordt nauw samengewerkt met de regionale ziekenhuizen. Advanced hartfalen therapie zorgt voor meer complexe cardiologische zorg. Dit maakt de hartbewaking tot een dynamische afdeling, met volop medisch-technische ontwikkelingen en daardoor een continue aanpass...
