Functie Als Celhoofd Mobiliteit ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing en verdere uitbouw van het mobiliteitsbeleid binnen de gemeente. Je combineert een leidinggevende rol met een inhoudelijke expertisefunctie en werkt nauw samen met de mobiliteitsambtenaar en het afdelingshoofd Grondgebiedszaken. In deze functie krijg je een gevarieerd takenpakket: - Leiding & Organisatie - Je geeft dagelijkse leiding, coaching en feedback aan medewerkers van de Cel Mobiliteit. - Je coördineert mobiliteitsdossiers projectmatig van A tot Z. - Beleid, Strategie & Planning - Je ontwikkelt, evalueert en vertaalt het mobiliteitsbeleid naar concrete acties en integratie in het meerjarenplan. - Je maakt budgetten op en bewaakt de financiële doelstellingen. - Je zoekt actief naar optimalisaties in middelen, processen en werkwijzen. - Mobiliteitsdossiers, Acties & Uitvoering op het terrein - Je volgt mobiliteitsdossiers op (vergunningen, signalisatie, subsidies), conform de wetgeving. - Je zorgt voor een correcte en kwalitatieve uitvoering van projecten op het terrein. - Je houdt het mobiliteitsplan up-to-date - Communicatie & Overleg - Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor burgers, bestuur, overheden en externe partners. - Je organiseert sensibiliseringsacties en.voorziet communicatie naar burgers. - Je behandelt vragen en klachten professioneel en klantgericht. - Je zorgt voor een vlotte interne samenwerking.
