Beste Bert, Centrale Backoffice Medewerker Houd jij graag overzicht, werk je nauwkeurig en heb je graag contact met klanten? Als Centrale Backoffice Medewerker ondersteun je onze makelaars bij de aankoop en verkoop van woningen. Je begeleidt klanten, bewaakt dossiers en zorgt dat achter de schermen alles goed geregeld is. Zodra een verkoper ons de verkoop toevertrouwt, ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de opstart. Je neemt de klant stap voor stap mee in het opstartproces: je legt uit wat er nodig is, verzamelt de documenten en stemt de planning voor styling, fotografie en de woningpresentatie af. Zo weet de verkoper wat hij kan verwachten en wat er nog moet gebeuren. Ook daarna bewaak je de voortgang en zorg je dat afspraken, deadlines en dossiers kloppen. Is een woning verkocht? Dan stel je onder andere de koopovereenkomst op. Je werkt vanuit onze vestiging in Zaandam, samen met je backofficecollega's. Bert van Vulpen + Hypotheken begeleidt al ruim 30 jaar mensen bij het kopen en verkopen van hun woning. Met makelaardij, aankoopbegeleiding, hypotheken en verzekeringen onder één dak werken we nauw samen om onze klanten zo goed mogelijk te begeleiden. We zijn professioneel, maar vooral ook persoonlijk, betrokken en nuchter. Wat je gaat doen Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen dossiers en zorgt dat alles zorgvuldig en op tijd wordt geregeld. Denk aan: - Verkoop- en aankoopdossiers opstarten en bewaken - Klanten begeleiden en informeren over de voortgang - Documenten verzamelen en controleren - Styling en fotografie inplannen - Woningpresentaties voorbereiden en controleren - Opdrachten tot dienstverlening en koopovereenkomsten opstellen - Planningen en deadlines bewaken - Afstemmen met makelaars en collega's Kortom: jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat klanten weten waar ze aan toe zijn.
