Voor onze opdrachtgever in Landgraaf zoeken wij een Centralist Alarmcentrale voor 24 tot 32 uur per week. Vanuit een professionele alarmcentrale speel jij een belangrijke rol bij het bewaken van de veiligheid van mensen en locaties. Je neemt meldingen aan, beoordeelt wat er aan de hand is en bepaalt welke actie nodig is. Van een alarmmelding of verdachte situatie tot een calamiteit waarbij direct geschakeld moet worden: jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste stappen worden gezet. Een verantwoordelijke en afwisselende baan voor iemand die besluitvaardig, servicegericht en stressbestendig is en graag werkt in een omgeving waar geen dienst hetzelfde is. Functie omschrijving Als Centralist Alarmcentrale werk je vanuit de professionele alarmcentrale van onze opdrachtgever. Tijdens je dienst komen verschillende meldingen binnen die jij aanneemt, beoordeelt en volgens de geldende procedures afhandelt. Je werkt met verschillende meldkamer- en beveiligingssystemen en bekijkt waar nodig camerabeelden om een situatie goed te kunnen beoordelen. Vervolgens bepaal je de prioriteit en onderneem je de juiste actie. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld betekenen dat je een beveiliger aanstuurt, de melder instructies geeft of de juiste eenheden, zoals de politie, alarmeert. Tot jouw werkzaamheden behoren onder andere: - Aannemen, beoordelen en afhandelen van binnenkomende meldingen; - Bekijken en beoordelen van camerabeelden; - Classificeren en prioriteren van meldingen; - Instrueren van melders over de te ondernemen acties; - Aansturen en ondersteunen van beveiligers en andere eenheden; - Indien noodzakelijk alarmeren van de juiste instanties; - Coördineren van communicati...
