Wij werken als een team, vullen elkaar aan en zorgen voor elkaar omdat jouw succes ons gezamenlijk succes is. Wat ga je doen? Vanuit onze moderne Observationroom in Barendrecht houd jij toezicht op verschillende klantlocaties en ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze beveiligingsdienstverlening. In deze functie combineer je technologie, communicatie en beveiliging in één dynamische werkomgeving. Als Centralist meldkamer monitor je camerabeelden, verwerk je meldingen en schakel je snel bij incidenten of afwijkende situaties. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's, bezoekers en klanten en zorgt ervoor dat meldingen correct worden opgevolgd en verwerkt. Primaire werkzaamheden: - Monitoren van camerabeelden en beveiligingssystemen; - Signaleren en opvolgen van incidenten en alarmmeldingen; - Registreren en rapporteren van gebeurtenissen in onze systemen; - Toezicht houden op een veilige en gastvrije omgeving; - Professioneel schakelen bij afwijkende situaties. Secundaire werkzaamheden: - Aanspreekpunt zijn voor bezoekers, klanten en collega's; - Ondersteunen bij coördinatie van beveiligingsprocessen; - Administratieve verwerking van meldingen en registraties; - Communiceren met externe en interne partijen; - Bijdragen aan verbeteringen binnen de meldkamerpr...
