Voor een meldkamer in Oss, goed bereikbaar vanuit de regio Nijmegen, zoeken wij een Centralist Alarmcentrale. Jij zit achter de schermen, maar jouw beslissingen maken direct verschil. Als Centralist Meldkamer monitor je meerdere systemen, signaleer je afwijkingen en schakel je snel met collega’s en hulpdiensten wanneer dat nodig is. Geen standaard baan en geen routine: jij houdt overzicht wanneer elke seconde telt. Tijdens je dienst beoordeel je meldingen, houd je systemen scherp in de gaten en zet je de juiste acties uit volgens protocol. Je onderhoudt contact met collega’s en hulpdiensten, registreert bijzonderheden en zorgt voor een duidelijke overdracht aan de volgende dienst. Jij bent het brein van de meldkamer in Oss. Je monitort meerdere systemen tegelijk Je ziet afwijkingen vóór anderen Je schakelt direct met collega’s en hulpdiensten Je blijft rustig als het spannend wordt Je houdt overzicht waar anderen afhaken Jij brengt rust in chaos. Dit is geen “lekker achterover zitten”-functie. Je werkt in verschillende diensten Je moet continu scherp zijn Je draagt verantwoordelijkheid Maar… Als dit bij je past, wil je nooit meer iets anders. Hoe ziet je rooster eruit? Je werkt in een volcontinu rooster binnen een 24/7 omgeving. Gemiddeld 18 diensten per periode van 4 weken Ongeveer 3 tot maximaal 4 nachtdiensten per 4 weken Ochtend-, middag-, nacht- en weekenddiensten Je rooster is 4 weken vooruit bekend, zodat je duidelijkheid hebt in je werk-privébalans Dit werk vraagt om focus, rust en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
