Ben jij een zorgtalent met een hart voor de acute zorg en ben je op zoek naar een dynamische baan? Word Centralist Meldkamer Ambulancezorg en wees van betekenis voor een ander. Wat ga je doen? Als centralist begeef jij je in het middelpunt van de ambulancezorg waar alle telefoontjes binnenkomen: de meldkamer in Zwolle en Apeldoorn. Je weet nooit hoe jouw dienst eruitziet. Als centralist ben je de belangrijke schakel tussen meldkamercentralisten, ambulancehulpverleners en zorgprofessionals. Geen melding is hetzelfde en dat vraagt om deskundigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en inlevingsvermogen. Dankzij jouw ervaring als verpleegkundige kun je je een goed beeld vormen van de situatie. Dat doe je door goed te luisteren, door te vragen, overzicht te houden en snel te handelen. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van zorgvragen m.b.t. ambulancehulpverlening en regelt daarbij talrijke zaken voor de eerste- en tweedelijns zorg; - Je bepaalt de complexiteit en urgentie van de hulpvraag en de uitgifte (logistiek) van acuut- en gepland vervoer, door kritische vragen te stellen en door logisch en klinisch te redeneren; - Je stemt indien nodig de meeste passende zorg af met de zorgpartner in samenwerking met triagisten huisartsenpost, meld-zorgcentralisten thuiszorg en GGZ-verpleegkundige; - Je zorgt ervoor dat er in elk gebied in jouw regio een ambulance snel ter plaatse kan zijn door de paraatheid en geografische spreiding in de gaten te houden; het betreft een logistieke uitdaging waarbij tijdige ambulancezorg altijd een primair uitgangspunt is; - Je bewaakt de status van de ingezette eenheden en draagt zorg voor een correcte samenwerking met andere hulpverleners als politie of brandweer. Wat breng jij mee? - Je bent verpleegkundige (niveau 4/5) met BIG registratie of medisch hulpverlener (voorheen BMH); - Je hebt meerdere jaren (klinische) werkervaring; - Je hebt snel overzicht, je bent stressbestend...
