Herken jij jezelf hierin? Dan is de functie van Centralist bij Interparking misschien precies wat je zoekt. Bij Interparking zorgen we ervoor dat duizenden bezoekers dagelijks soepel kunnen parkeren. Achter de schermen speelt onze meldkamer hierin een cruciale rol. Als Centralist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor parkeerders die hulp nodig hebben. Dankzij jouw heldere communicatie, probleemoplossend vermogen en systeemkennis zorg je ervoor dat bezoekers snel weer verder kunnen. Mensen rekenen op jou. Jij luistert aandachtig, denkt mee en handelt adequaat. Ook als het druk is, blijf je rustig, houd je overzicht en weet je wat er moet gebeuren. Je werkt zelfstandig, volgt procedures waar nodig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor een goede afhandeling van iedere melding. Beschikbaarheid Omdat onze parkeerders op verschillende momenten van de dag ondersteuning nodig hebben, zoeken we collega's die met name overdag flexibel inzetbaar zijn. Het gaat hier om werktijden tussen 07:00 uur en 19:00 uur. Wat ga je doen? Vanuit onze moderne meldkamer in hartje Rotterdam ondersteun je parkeerders in heel Nederland. Via intercom, camerasystemen en verschillende applicaties help je bezoekers bij vragen, storingen en andere situaties in onze parkeervoorzieningen. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende systemen, bezoekers en locaties. Daarbij werk je zelfstandig, maar sta je er nooit alleen voor. Samen met je collega's zorgen jullie ervoor dat onze parkeerders altijd kunnen rekenen op snelle en professionele ondersteuning. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het beantwoorden van intercomoproepen en klantvragen. - Het op afstand bedienen en controleren van parkeerapparatuur. - Het analyseren en oplossen van storingen. - Het registreren van meld...
