Voor onze vestiging Eburons Dome zoeken we een dynamische manager met een natuurlijke flair en een hart voor sport. Iemand die een team inspireert, richting geeft en tegelijk ook met een scherp oog de cijfers beheert. Een gedreven manager die zijn of haar ervaring inzet om een bloeiende vestiging verder te versterken.

Wat doe je al Centrummanager in Sportoase Eburons Dome?

Als centrummanager adem je de Sportoase cultuur en maakt deze voelbaar doorheen de ganse site. Je zet een sterke teamsfeer neer, stuurt operationeel bij waar nodig én weet perfect hoe de cijfers er elke dag voor staan. Je denkt vooruit, signaleert opportuniteiten en zorgt ervoor dat Sportoase lokaal groeit in kwaliteit én klantentevredenheid.

  • Je leidt de volledige werking – operationeel, financieel en strategisch
  • Je stuurt je team met overtuiging: duidelijk, mensgericht en motiverend
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte en kwalitatieve werking op de vloer, samen met jouw team
  • Je bewaakt budgetten, interpreteert cijfers en stuurt op rendement
  • Je bent de schakel tussen het lokale beleid en het overkoepelende luik: Groep Sportoase
  • Je volgt klantentevredenheid van nabij op en schakelt snel bij waar nodig
  • Je bouwt actief aan het lokale netwerk (verenigingen, scholen, partners,…)
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het overkoepelende managementteam en rapporteert aan de Operationeel Directeur

Je hebt een charismatische persoonlijkheid dat ruimtes vult met energie. Je neemt mensen mee in een verhaal, niet alleen door wat je zegt maar zeker ook hoe je iets verwoord. Daarbij blijf je altijd authentiek, benaderbaar en gefocust.

  • Je hebt minstens 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie mét eindverantwoordelijkheid
  • Je hebt bewezen successen in het aansturen van diverse teams in een operationele context
  • Je bent een geboren leider: energiek, zichtbaar aanwezig, en je weet mensen mee te nemen in je visie
  • Je bent flexibel, hands-on en duikt waar nodig zelf mee in actie
  • Je beheerst cijfers moeiteloos: resultaten analyseren, inzichten uithalen en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Je communiceert helder, denkt vooruit en pakt uitdagingen kordaat aan
  • Je bent een natuurlijke organisator: van heldere planningen, cijfers, overleg én actie krijg je energie
