The posting

Als centrumverantwoordelijke neem je de dagelijkse leiding over het VOC Beernem op jou. Je rapporteert naar de Raad Van Bestuur. Je taken omvatten onderstaande zaken:

Personeels- en verijwilligersbeleid:

  • Je voert een motiverend en ondersteunend personeelsbeleid: coachinggesprekken, functioneringsgesprekken...
  • Je beheert de personeelsadministratie: vakantiedagen, uurroosters, sociaal secretariaat, verzekeringen
  • Je werkt een duurzaam vrijwilligersbeleid uit
  • Je ziet toe op een correcte naleving van de geldende afspraken en stuurt bij waar nodig

Dagelijkse werking in het centrum

  • Toezicht op dierenwelzijn: acties ondernemen om dierenwelzijn te optimaliseren
  • Toezicht op bioveiligheid: procedures opzetten om ervoor te zorgen dat er altijd hygiënisch en veilig gewerkt wordt
  • Zorgen dat het data management systeem goed wordt ingevuld
  • Wanneer nodig, zelf meewerken bij de dierenverzorging
  • Toezicht op de faciliteiten: zorgen dat het gebouw en de inrichting goed onderhouden worden, beslissen waar er nood is voor aanpassingen en die (laten) uitvoeren
  • Zorgen dat er altijd minstens één personeelslid aanwezig is op de werkvloer, samen met voldoende vrijwilligers om het te verwachten werk gedaan te krijgen
  • Zorgen dat de winkel voldoende vaak geopend is, dat de stock voldoende aangevuld wordt en dat de winkel steeds netjes is
  • Zorgen dat de telefoonpermanentie steeds gegarandeerd is
  • Aankoopbeleid: voeding, medicatie, materiaal...

Financieel verantwoordelijke

  • Overzicht bewaren van inkomsten en uitgaven en de financiën 'als een goede huisvader' beheren, in samenwerking met het boekhoudkantoor
  • Betalingen beheren: facturen opmaken, werknemers uitbetalen, fiscale attesten, etc.
  • Actief op zoek gaan naar sponsors, activiteiten organiseren voor fondsenwerving
  • Actief op zoek gaan naar schenkingen of aankopen aan het meest gunstige tarief
  • Subsidies opvolgen: jaarlijks subsidiedossiers indienen bij overheden en andere instanties
  • Voorstel van een begroting, die bekrachtigd wordt op de Raad Van Bestuur en deze opvolgen.

Vertegenwoordiging

  • Het VOC vertegenwoordigen naar externe partijen op bijeenkomsten maar ook via social media (up-to-date houden website, facebook, etc.)
  • Waken over de kwaliteit van het ledentijdschrift
  • Contacten onderhouden met nationale en internationale partners
  • Actief meewerken binnen de koepel van Vogelbescherming Vlaanderen voor de wildopvangcentra
  • Je hebt een bachelor Agro- en biotechnologie met afstudeerrichting dierenzorg.
  • Je bent een verbindende leider.
  • Je kan de kalmte bewaken in stressituaties.
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen.
