Waarom is dit jouw job: Als Data Governance Specialist speel je een leidende rol in het verbeteren van gegevensbeleid en datakwaliteit. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen en stakeholders. Je draagt bij aan het inrichten van processen en hulpmiddelen die essentieel zijn voor betrouwbare data. Deze functie biedt een uitdagende combinatie van advisering en implementatie. Je impactt de organisatie door het waarborgen van verantwoorde gegevensverwerking. Achtergrond opdracht: De opdracht vindt plaats binnen de Directie Informatievoorziening, die verantwoordelijk is voor de kwalitatieve en toekomstbestendige informatievoorziening van de organisatie. Met het meerjarenplan Gegevens op Orde wordt gewerkt aan het continu verbeteren van data governance, data management en de implementatie van gegevensdiensten. De Data Governance Specialist richt zich op het inrichten van gegevensbeleid en het versterken van gegevensverantwoordelijkheid binnen de organisatie. Taakomschrijving: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren van de datastrategie en het vaststellen van functies, rollen en RASCI binnen het gegevensbeleid. Daarnaast ontwikkel je een groeipad voor de positionering van functies en rollen en stel je een onboardingprogramma op voor gegevensverantwoordelijken en data stewards. Je richt processen in voor de toetsing en bijstelling van beleid en adviseert de CDO en plaatsvervangend CDO over gegevensdeling, typering, kwaliteit en gebruik. De eisen zijn knock-outcriteria. Eisen: - Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding. - Je hebt aantoonbare kennis van DAMA DMBOK middels certificering als Certified Data Management Professional CDMP. - Je hebt minimaal vijf jaar aantoonbare ervaring in de inrichting van gegevensbeleid en Data Governance bij minimaal twee organisaties.
