Je zorgt voor financiële continuïteit, maar kijkt vooral vooruit: waar liggen kansen, welke investeringen passen bij onze ambities en hoe kunnen we verdere groei realiseren? Je krijgt de ruimte om de financiële organisatie verder te professionaliseren en tegelijkertijd actief mee te bouwen aan de toekomst van Moods & Roots en River Roots. De omvang van de organisatie en onze internationale activiteiten brengen een toenemende financiële en organisatorische complexiteit met zich mee. Als CFO zorg je ervoor dat onze financiële organisatie, verslagleging, governance en interne beheersing aansluiten bij zowel de verdere groei van de onderneming als de geldende wettelijke vereisten. Daarbij heb je oog voor de financiële en fiscale vraagstukken die samenhangen met internationaal ondernemen en zorg je voor een solide financiële structuur die verdere nationale en internationale groei ondersteunt.
