Interim CFO Rotterdam Area Organisation For an international logistics organisation in the Rotterdam region, we are looking for an experienced Interim CFO . Following the departure of the current CFO, the organisation requires a senior finance leader who can provide an independent assessment of the current Finance function. At the same time, this interim period will help define the right structure and profile for the future permanent CFO. The organisation operates internationally and has an entrepreneurial, owner-led culture. Reporting lines are short, decision-making is direct, and there is room for someone who can take an independent view, ask the right questions and form a clear judgement based on experience. Assignment As Interim CFO, your primary mandate is to establish objectively where Finance stands today and what is required to support the organisation through its next phase. You will assess the Finance function, including processes, systems, reporting, teams and management information. You will identify what is working well, where risks or weaknesses exist and where further professionalisation is required. You will also act as a senior sparring partner to the owner and management team, translating your findings into clear, actionable recommendations and helping determine how the Finance function should be structured going forward.
