Asmodee brengt mensen samen. Met een breed portfolio aan bord- en kaartspellen die wereldwijd bij miljoenen mensen thuis op tafel liggen, draait het uiteindelijk om plezier, gezelligheid en samen tijd doorbrengen. Van een avond Ticket to Ride of Dobble met vrienden en familie tot het verzamelen en ruilen van Pokémon-kaarten: Asmodee ontwikkelt en distribueert producten die mensen verbinden en voor entertainment in huis zorgen. De van oorsprong Franse organisatie werd opgericht in 1995 en heeft zich in ruim dertig jaar ontwikkeld tot een wereldwijd toonaangevende speler binnen bord- en kaartspellen. Inmiddels is Asmodee actief in meer dan 100 landen en telt de organisatie wereldwijd ruim 2.000 medewerkers. De groep beschikt over eigen creatieve studio's en distributieorganisaties in Europa, Noord-Amerika, Latijns-Amerika en Azië en heeft een portfolio van honderden spellen en merken. Asmodee combineert de ontwikkeling en uitgave van eigen spellen met de internationale distributie van spellen van externe uitgevers. Sinds februari 2025 is Asmodee als zelfstandige onderneming genoteerd aan Nasdaq Stockholm. Het portfolio bestaat uit een groot aantal bekende spellen en merken, waaronder CATAN, Ticket to Ride, Dobble en Exploding Kittens, aangevuld met trading cards en collectibles rondom internationale merken zoals Pokémon en Panini. Daarmee is Asmodee actief in een markt waarin creativiteit en entertainment samenkomen met commercie, retail, e-commerce en een omvangrijke internationale distributieorganisatie. Ook financieel heeft Asmodee een aanzienlijke schaal. In het boekjaar 2025/26 realiseerde de groep een omzet van €1,68 miljard, een groei van 23% ten opzichte van €1,37 miljard een jaar eerder.
