Na het vertrek van de huidige CFO is behoefte aan een ervaren financieel eindverantwoordelijke die met een onafhankelijke blik inzicht geeft in de huidige staat van de financiële organisatie. Tegelijkertijd vormt deze interim-periode de basis voor het bepalen van de juiste inrichting en het profiel van de toekomstige vaste CFO. De organisatie opereert internationaal en kent een ondernemende, directe DGA-omgeving. De lijnen zijn kort en er is ruimte voor iemand die onafhankelijk kan kijken, scherpe vragen stelt en vanuit ervaring tot een helder oordeel komt. Functie Als Interim CFO krijg je de opdracht om objectief vast te stellen waar Finance vandaag staat en wat nodig is voor de volgende fase van de organisatie. Je analyseert de financiële organisatie, processen, systemen, rapportages, teams en stuurinformatie en brengt helder in kaart wat goed staat, waar risico's of verbeterpunten zitten en waar verdere professionalisering nodig is. Daarnaast ben je sparringpartner van de DGA en het management. Je vertaalt je bevindingen naar concrete aanbevelingen en helpt bepalen hoe de financiële functie er in de toekomst uit moet zien. Een belangrijk onderdeel van de opdracht is daarmee het beantwoorden van de vraag: wat voor CFO heeft deze organisatie nodig?
