Onze Saars en Brammen helpen bijvoorbeeld met gezelschap, begeleiding naar afspraken, hulp in huis of samen boodschappen doen. Wat Saar aan Huis bijzonder maakt, is de persoonlijke match tussen Saar/Bram en cliënt. Daardoor ontstaat vaak een band die verder gaat dan alleen praktische hulp. Met een landelijk netwerk van vestigingen en een snelgroeiende organisatie werken we iedere dag aan hetzelfde doel: ouderen meer comfort, gezelschap en zelfstandigheid geven in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving. Door deze groei professionaliseren we ook onze organisatie. Daarom zoeken we een CFO die helpt om onze financiële processen verder te ontwikkelen en toekomstbestendig te maken. Over de rol Je bent een meewerkend voorman en eindverantwoordelijk voor een betrouwbare weergave van de financiële situatie van de organisatie. Je bent onderdeel van het MT en zorgt ervoor dat we niet alleen goed terugkijken, maar ook vooruit kunnen sturen. Je team bestaat uit interne finance support (1.3 fte) en externe administratie (0.3 fte). Je gaat werken aan het inrichten en optimaliseren van de financiële processen, onder andere in Salesforce. Je brengt structuur aan, ontwikkelt rapportages en zorgt ervoor dat onze financiële processen audit-proof zijn.
