Meteen solliciteren CFO en statutair bestuurder Wat ga je doen? Als CFO vorm je samen met de CEO en, op termijn, een derde inhoudelijk bestuurder de Executive Board van PharmAccess Group. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de (financiële) koers en de verdere professionalisering van de financiële functie. Daarbij combineer je strategisch inzicht met een pragmatische aanpak en schakel je gemakkelijk tussen bestuur, toezicht en uitvoering. Je geeft leiding aan het finance team en zorgt voor betrouwbare stuurinformatie, een solide financiële huishouding en effectieve risicobeheersing. Tegelijkertijd speel je actief in op veranderingen in de internationale financieringsmarkt. Je herkent kansen, ontwikkelt nieuwe financieringsmodellen en vertaalt deze naar haalbare businesscases en duurzame groei. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder meer: - Samen met het management team richting geven aan de strategie, ontwikkeling en continuïteit van PharmAccess Group; - Leidinggeven aan en verder bouwen aan een professioneel, samenwerkend en toekomstgericht finance team; - Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor planning & control, forecasting, treasury, cashmanagement, consolidatie en rapportage; - Kansen in de financieringsmarkt signaleren en vertalen naar realistische businesscases en nieuwe financieringsmodellen; - Zorgen voor tijdige, betrouwbare en inzichtelijke financiële en managementinformatie; - Richting geven aan risk management, compliance, audit en governance binnen de internationale groep; - Toezicht houden op uiteenlopende financieringsstromen en de financiële samenhang tussen de verschillende entiteiten...
