Ons kantoor bevindt zich midden in een duidelijke transformatie: van een klassiek accountancykantoor naar een sterke adviespartner voor ondernemers.

Daarom zoeken we een Senior Business Advisor die verder wil gaan dan het klassieke accountancywerk. Iemand die niet alleen cijfers correct verwerkt en dossiers afsluit, maar vooral wil begrijpen wat er achter de cijfers gebeurt en welke beslissingen een ondernemer daaruit kan nemen.

In deze rol krijg je een hoge mate van autonomie. Je beheert zelfstandig grotere en complexere dossiers, onderhoudt rechtstreeks contact met ondernemers en schuift mee aan tafel bij financiële, fiscale en strategische vraagstukken.

Je analyseert cijfers, bespreekt resultaten met klanten, formuleert advies en denkt proactief mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van hun onderneming. Tegelijk krijg je de ruimte om nieuwe dossiers op te nemen, klantenrelaties verder uit te bouwen en inhoudelijk een trekkersrol te spelen binnen het kantoor.

Deze functie is ideaal voor een ervaren accountant die bewust de stap wil zetten van uitvoering naar advies en op termijn wil doorgroeien tot een echte vertrouwenspersoon van ondernemers.

Takenpakket

  • Zelfstandig beheren van een portefeuille van grotere en complexere klantendossiers.
  • Volledig opvolgen van dossiers van A tot Z, inclusief afsluitingen, jaarrekeningen, balansen en fiscale aangiftes.
  • Uitvoeren van financiële analyses en interpreteren van resultaten, marges, cashflow en rendabiliteit.
  • Vertalen van financiële cijfers naar duidelijke inzichten en concreet ondernemersadvies.
  • Rechtstreeks bespreken van financiële resultaten en aandachtspunten met ondernemers en bedrijfsleiders.
  • Behandelen van complexere fiscale vraagstukken binnen personen- en vennootschapsbelasting.
  • Identificeren van opportuniteiten op vlak van fiscale optimalisatie, financiering, investeringen en bedrijfsstructuur.
  • Proactief signaleren van risico's en opportuniteiten binnen klantendossiers.
  • Zelfstandig opnemen van nieuwe klanten en dossiers en zorgen voor een kwalitatieve opstart en verdere begeleiding.
  • Uitbouwen van een duurzame vertrouwensrelatie met ondernemers en evolueren naar een vaste strategische gesprekspartner.

Profiel

We zoeken een ervaren professional die inhoudelijk sterk is, maar vooral ook meer verantwoordelijkheid en autonomie wil opnemen.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, TEW, Handelswetenschappen of een vergelijkbare opleiding.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen een accountancy-, of advieskantoor.
  • s.
  • Je kijkt verder dan de cijfers en wil begrijpen waarom bepaalde resultaten ontstaan en wat ermee kan gebeuren.
  • Je communiceert vlot en voelt je comfortabel in gesprekken met ondernemers en bedrijfsleiders.
  • Je bent in staat om complexe financiële en fiscale materie te vertalen naar helder en praktisch advies.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en wacht niet af tot iemand je vertelt wat er moet gebeuren.

Een ITAA-traject of bijkomende fiscale opleiding is een plus, maar vooral je drive om verder te groeien als adviseur is belangrijk
