CFO De organisatie De Hooge Waerder (DHW) is een full-service accountants- en adviesorganisatie met ruim 200 medewerkers en circa 3.000 MKB-klanten. Vanuit vijf vestigingen in Noord-Holland ondersteunt DHW ondernemers op het gebied van accountancy, audit, belastingadvies, corporate finance, payroll/HR en juridisch advies. De organisatie groeide de afgelopen jaren onder meer door de fusie met Spaarne Accountants & Belastingadviseurs en de aansluiting bij het internationale Nexia-netwerk, waarmee ook de internationale praktijk sterk in ontwikkeling is. Met de toetreding van Abenex als meerderheidsinvesteerder bevindt DHW zich in een nieuwe groeifase. De ambitie is om de organisatie de komende jaren zowel autonoom als via acquisities verder uit te bouwen. De autonome groei wordt gedreven door een toenemende vraag naar accountants- en adviesdiensten, een groeiende instroom van internationale klanten via Nexia en een verschuiving van klanten van de Big Four naar regionale kantoren. Tegelijkertijd wordt actief ingezet op een buy-and-build strategie gericht op verdere schaalvergroting en het realiseren van een landelijke dekking. Het functieprofiel Met de toetreding van Abenex breekt voor DHW een volgende fase aan, waarin verdere professionalisering, schaalbaarheid en gerichte groei centraal staan. De basis van de financiële operatie staat relatief solide, ingericht met AFAS en een dedicated controller die met een klein team de dagelijkse finance processen beheert. Tegelijkertijd ontstaat behoefte aan een CFO die finance verder ontwikkelt van een voornamelijk registrerende en controlerende functie naar een meer vooruitkijkende, businessgerichte en sturende rol, met meer focus op performance inzichten, groei en ondersteuning van strategische besluitvorming.
