Als CFO binnen een ambitieuze en groeiende MarCom‑groep neem je een sleutelrol op in het uitbouwen van een sterke financiële structuur. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met operationele daadkracht en ondersteunt zowel de verschillende agencies als de centrale Finance‑afdeling. Je werkt nauw samen met het management en de aandeelhouders en bent een drijvende kracht achter optimalisatie, rapportering en M&A‑trajecten.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden als CFO:

  • Leiding geven aan de Finance‑afdeling en optreden als business enabler.
  • Contact onderhouden met banken, verzekeringen, externe accountants en M&A‑adviseurs.
  • Sparringpartner zijn voor CEO en management bij financiële, administratieve en organisatorische vragen.
  • M&A‑dossiers begeleiden samen met de aandeelhouders.
  • Financiële targets opvolgen en bijsturen voor teams, business units en de volledige groep.
  • Zorgen voor een accurate boekhouding en tijdige maand‑ en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Financiële input leveren voor jobreviews.
  • Rapporteringen, BTW‑aangiftes en cashplanning (cash pooling) voorbereiden en opvolgen.
  • Masterdiploma en 5–7 jaar relevante ervaring in finance.
  • Sterke kennis van financieel management, structuren en teamleiding.
  • Ervaring in de MarCom‑sector is een plus.
  • Kennis van Teamleader Orbit, Exact en analytische projectopvolging.
  • Excel‑expertise is een must.
  • Proactief, accuraat, communicatief en een echte teamplayer.
  • Ambitie om te excelleren en de groep vooruit te duwen.
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands + vlot Frans en Engels.
