Propaganda zoekt een CFO, klaar voor een dubbele uitdaging!

Propaganda, We Are Digital, Cypres, Content Makers, f-twee en JaJa vormen samen een recent gevormd succesvol communicatie en content powerhouse (voorlopig onder de naam Propaganda Group).

Een groep waar alle disciplines en expertises aanwezig zijn om impactvolle, kwalitatieve en op data en content gebaseerde marketingcommunicatie-programma's te ontwikkelen.

Vanuit gedeelde waarden en met een gezonde dosis goesting en veel plezier, bouwen we samen met +/- 85 collega’s aan sterke merken en maken we zo het verschil voor onze +/- 60 topklanten. Een uitdaging!

Wij zoeken iemand met een scherp financieel business inzicht en een dito strategisch brein om onze agencies en de centrale Finance afdeling (shared service) verder mee vorm te geven en uit te bouwen.

Iemand met al enige ervaring in financiële structuren, financieel management & het aansturen van een team. Iemand die de aandeelhouders ook ondersteunt in de verschillende M&A dossiers. Iemand die niet bang is van ook die uitdaging.

Meer nog: iemand die de ambitie deelt om van onze groep, ook op Finance vlak, een topspeler te maken in de Belgische marketingcommunicatiewereld.

Als CFO,

  • run je de Finance afdeling (momenteel 3 collega’s) als een business enabler, gericht op het helpen groeien en optimaliseren van klanten en organisatie
  • onderhoud je contacten met verschillende externe partijen (banken, ons extern boekhoudkantoor, verzekeringen, externe M&A adviseurs, etc…)
  • ben je de contact en sparringpartner voor allerhande vragen van financiële, administratieve of organisatorische aard en werk je nauw samen met de CEO en het management team waarvan je deel uitmaakt
  • begeleid je samen met de aandeelhouders M&A dossiers
  • waak je mee over het halen van de Finance targets van de verschillende teams, business units en de groep

Je team zorgt onder jouw begeleiding voor

  • een accurate boekhouding, voor een tijdige maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluiting van alle entiteiten
  • de financiële kant van de jobreviews samen met onze Client service director
  • de voorbereiding van de rapporteringen en overzichten op afroep
  • de voorbereiding van BTW- en andere aangiftes
  • de opvolging en bijsturing van de verschillende cashplanningen (in cash pooling)

Wat verwachten we?

  • Je beschikt over de juiste diploma’s, ervaring (min. 5 à 7 jaar) en finance kennis
  • Kennis van onze MarCom sector (diensten) is een duidelijke plus
  • Kennis van Teamleader Orbit en Exact is een plus
  • Kennis van analytische opvolging projecten en Excel is een must
  • Je bent proactief en accuraat
  • Je bent een teamplayer
  • Je bent ‘fun to work with’
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en trekt ook je plan in het Frans en Engels
  • Je hebt een duidelijke ambitie om te schitteren op jouw domein en daarmee onze groep ook vooruit te duwen
