In een ambitieuze en groeiende omgeving binnen de vastgoedsector, waar innovatie en professionalisering centraal staan, krijg je als CFO een sleutelrol in het ondersteunen van de financiële strategie en het versterken van de besluitvorming. De organisatie werkt met verschillende entiteiten en een uitgebreid netwerk, waardoor de CFO een cruciale schakel vormt tussen management, afdelingsverantwoordelijken en kantoorhouders. Als CFO combineer je strategisch inzicht met een hands‑on mentaliteit en zorg je voor een sterke financiële performance.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Optreden als financiële sparringpartner voor afdelingsverantwoordelijken, kantoorhouders en managing partners.
  • Maandelijkse managementrapporteringen, financiële analyses en dashboards opstellen en verfijnen per costcenter, businessunit, kantoor en project.
  • Omzet, marges, overheadkosten en KPI’s analyseren en resultaten vertalen naar concrete acties.
  • Optimalisatievoorstellen formuleren op basis van rentabiliteitsanalyses en implementatie opvolgen.
  • Budget‑ en forecastprocessen mee uitwerken en financiële planning verfijnen.
  • Cashplanningen opstellen en cashflows monitoren.
  • Ondersteunen bij investeringsdossiers en businesscases.
  • Financiële datastromen coördineren tussen boekhouding, CRM‑ en operationele systemen zoals Exact Online en Salesforce.
  • Digitalisering en automatisering van reporting en analyse stimuleren via tools zoals Power BI, Emashere en PowerPivot.
  • Actief bijdragen aan strategische besluitvorming als businesspartner.

In deze rol treedt de CFO op als strategische doener die impact maakt op zowel operationele als strategische financiële processen.

  • Hogere opleiding in finance, economie of accountancy, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens tien jaar ervaring binnen finance.
  • Ervaring binnen een dienstverlenende, vastgoed‑ of projectomgeving is een troef.
  • Pluspunt: achtergrond binnen zowel een Big4‑kantoor als een groeiende, performance‑gedreven KMO.
  • Grondige kennis van financiële rapportering, corporate finance en administratieve processen.
  • Sterk analytisch inzicht en het vermogen om complexe cijfers te vertalen naar heldere inzichten.
  • Nauwkeurig, initiatiefrijk en een combinatie van strategisch denken met een hands‑on mentaliteit.
  • Teamgericht en comfortabel in een ondernemende omgeving.
  • Vlotte communicatie, inclusief een goede beheersing van het Frans.
  • Gedreven om continu te verbeteren en meer impact te maken.
