In deze nieuwe rol zorg je ervoor dat wijzigingen gecontroleerd, traceerbaar en zonder verstoring van productie of planning worden doorgevoerd. Je verbindt techniek, processen en medewerkers en speelt een belangrijke rol in het verder professionaliseren van change management binnen de organisatie. Functieomschrijving Als Change Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige wijzigingsproces, van aanvraag tot implementatie en administratieve afronding. Productwijzigingen kunnen voortkomen uit klantwensen, technische aanpassingen, leverancierswijzigingen of optimalisaties vanuit de productie. Je onderzoekt samen met verschillende disciplines de impact van wijzigingen op onder andere engineering, inkoop, planning, logistiek, voorraad, kwaliteit en productie. Vervolgens zorg je ervoor dat acties tijdig worden uitgevoerd en dat iedereen werkt met de juiste en actuele informatie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Coördineren van technische en klantgestuurde productwijzigingen. - Organiseren en begeleiden van impactanalyses met betrokken afdelingen. - Bewaken van voortgang, planning, budget en implementatie. - Controleren van tekeningen, stuklijsten, specificaties en werkinstructies. - Signaleren van risico's op het gebied van kwaliteit, kosten, levertijden en voorraad. - Afstemmen met engineering, projectmanagement, inkoop, planning, logistiek, productie en kwaliteit. - Bewaken van configuratie- en revisiebeheer. - Verbeteren van procedures, rapportages en werkwijzen rondom wijzigingsbeheer.
