Iemand die klantgericht is, maar zichzelf niet gek laat maken. Maar, passen wij als familiebedrijf bij jou? We reageren meestal binnen een week Wat jij gaat doen: Boodschappen afrekenen bij de Jumbo of de Rituals winkels? Je biertje betalen bij PSV? Als Change Coördinator bij Simac IT NL sta je midden in de IT-dienstverlening van Simac aan al haar klanten. Hierin werk je nauw samen met je zeventien collega's, (field) engineers, service integration leads en bovenal: onze klanten. We werken natuurlijk als team, waarin je zowel begeleiding als autonomie mag verwachten. Ons team draagt zorg voor alle niet standaard changes die klanten verzoeken. Bij zo'n change moet de operatie van onze klant zo min mogelijk stilstaan, wat betekent dat alle betrokken teams en collega's op het juiste moment aan de slag moeten. Jij coördineert dit proces met klant en collega's. Geen dag is bij ons hetzelfde. Het gaat om complexe dienstverlening in de IT, waarbij cloud, networking, business applications en andere disciplines samenkomen. Die afwisseling in technische vragen, maar natuurlijk ook de sfeer, maken het werken in ons team zo leuk! In het kort ga je het volgende doen: - Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten, teamgenoten, engineers, service integration leads; - Je coördineert de niet standaard changes tot 40 uur voor klanten; - Je plant tijd kritische taken in, waarbij diverse collega's uit meerdere disciplines een klantvraag helpen oplossen; - Je draagt zorg voor de correcte afronding van changes en de communicatie naar alle interne en externe betrokken partijen; - Je werkt graag samen met je team op de thema's urenverwerking, orderdesk en inkoop.
