Functieomschrijving De komende jaren realiseren ze binnen Unica de implementatie van Dynamics 365: een reeks strategische projecten die hun processen, systemen en manier van samenwerken naar een nieuw volwassenheidsniveau brengen. Deze veranderingen raken bijna alle onderdelen van de organisatie - van operationele teams tot management en ondersteuning. Om het succes van de implementatie te borgen, zoeken we een change manager die de regie voert over communicatie, training en adoptie.
