Release, Change, Configuration & IT Asset Management * Du koordinierst Releases und Changes über alle Phasen hinweg - von der Planung und Bewertung über die Umsetzung bis zum erfolgreichen Rollout - und stellst dabei eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit aller Beteiligten sicher. * Du verantwortest zentrale ITSM-Prozesse wie Release Management, Change Enablement, Configuration Management und IT Asset Management und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter. * Du bringst dein technisches Verständnis aktiv ein, unterstützt unsere Teams bei der Durchführung von Releases und Changes und hast Qualität, Stabilität und Risiken jederzeit im Blick. * Du stellst die Qualität und Aktualität unserer Configuration Management Database (CMDB) sicher und sorgst für Transparenz über Systeme, Services, Assets und deren technische Abhängigkeiten. * Du unterstützt den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung eines professionellen IT Asset Managements und behältst den Lebenszyklus von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten im Blick.

Dein Profil

Prozessverständnis trifft Technik-Know-how * Du bringst Erfahrung im IT Service Management sowie in den Bereichen Release Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, IT Asset Management oder vergleichbaren IT-nahen Rollen mit. * Idealerweise konntest du bereits Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld einer Bank, eines Rechenzentrums oder einer stark regulierten Organisation sammeln und hast ein gutes Verständnis für Compliance- und Governance-Anforderungen. * Du verfügst über technisches Verständnis und kannst Zusammenhänge sowie Abhängigkeiten zwischen Systemen, Services und Infrastrukturkomponenten nachvollziehen. * Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu, kommunizierst klar und wertschätzend und verstehst es, unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenzubringen und gemeinsame Lösungen zu erarbeiten. * Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich, behältst auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick und hast Freude daran, Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten.

Für diese Position garantieren wir ein attraktives sowie marktadäquates Vergütungspaket, welches sich an deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung orientiert. Das Mindestjahresgehalt für diese Position beträgt auf Vollzeitbasis EUR 45.800,- brutto (inkl. Sonderzahlungen).
