Konvert Mons recrute pour l'un de ses clients actif dans le secteur du levage un Chargé d'Affaires Technique et Commercial (H/F/X).

Votre fonction

En tant que Chargé d'Affaires, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le développement de l'activité. Véritable intermédiaire entre les clients et les équipes opérationnelles, vous identifiez les opportunités commerciales, proposez des solutions techniques adaptées et assurez le suivi complet des projets, de la négociation jusqu'à leur réalisation.

Vos responsabilitésDéveloppement commercial

  • Prospecter activement de nouveaux clients et développer votre portefeuille.
  • Entretenir et fidéliser les relations commerciales existantes.
  • Identifier les opportunités de marché et détecter de nouveaux projets.
  • Promouvoir les différentes solutions et services proposés par l'entreprise.
  • Participer aux rendez-vous clients, visites de chantier et événements professionnels.
  • Atteindre les objectifs commerciaux fixés.

Gestion de projets

  • Analyser les besoins des clients et élaborer des solutions techniques adaptées.
  • Étudier la faisabilité technique, humaine et financière des projets.
  • Établir les offres commerciales et négocier les conditions contractuelles.
  • Assurer le suivi des devis, commandes et contrats.
  • Coordonner les différents intervenants internes et externes.
  • Superviser l'avancement des chantiers et veiller au respect des délais.

Qualité, sécurité et conformité

  • Garantir le respect des normes de sécurité et des réglementations en vigueur.
  • Réaliser des contrôles et suivis sur chantier.
  • Gérer les éventuels incidents ou litiges et mettre en place les actions correctives nécessaires.
  • Promouvoir une culture forte de la sécurité et de la qualité.

Formation et expérience

  • Vous disposez d'une formation technique ou commerciale (bachelier ou expérience équivalente).
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie dans une fonction technico-commerciale.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur du levage, de la manutention ou des chantiers constitue un réel atout.
  • Vous savez développer, fidéliser et faire évoluer un portefeuille clients.

Compétences

  • Bonne maîtrise des environnements techniques liés aux machines, aux chantiers ou au levage.
  • Connaissance des normes de sécurité et de la réglementation applicable.
  • Capacité à analyser la faisabilité technique et la rentabilité des projets.
  • Excellent sens commercial et de la négociation.
  • Orientation résultats et satisfaction client.
  • Leadership naturel et aptitude à coordonner plusieurs intervenants.
  • Autonomie, proactivité et sens des responsabilités.
  • Bonne gestion des priorités et du stress.

Langues

  • Excellente maîtrise du français.
  • Le néerlandais et/ou l'anglais constituent un atout supplémentaire.
