The posting

Pour l'un de nos clients situé dans le centre de Bruxelles, nous recherchons des chargé·e d'accueil et de médiation culturelle pour accompagner les visiteurs et visiteuses dans l'ensemble des espaces d'un musée. Vous ferez partie d'une équipe de médiation présente à l'accueil, à la billetterie, dans les salles d'exposition, dans les shops et dans les espaces de circulation.

Votre rôle est de créer une relation accueillante et positive avec tous les publics. Vous répondez aux questions, partagez des informations sur les œuvres et le projet du musée, orientez les visiteurs et allez également à leur rencontre de manière proactive.

Tâches:

  • Accueillir, renseigner et orienter les visiteurs et visiteuses dans le musée.
  • Échanger avec les publics autour des œuvres, des expositions et de la programmation
  • Présenter ponctuellement une œuvre, un petit parcours thématique ou une séquence adaptée aux enfants et aux familles.
  • Observer et recueillir les réactions des publics afin d'améliorer les pratiques
  • Adapter l'accueil et la communication aux personnes peu habituées aux musées ou ayant des besoins spécifiques, notamment en situation de handicap.
  • À l'accueil et à la billetterie : informer sur les activités, horaires, tarifs et possibilités de visite ; enregistrer et vendre les tickets ; gérer la caisse avec le/la responsable.
  • Accueillir les groupes scolaires et extra-scolaires et les orienter vers les animateur·trices concerné·es.
  • Dans les shops : conseiller les visiteurs, présenter les produits et ouvrages, enregistrer les ventes et gérer la caisse avec le/la responsable.
  • Circuler dans les espaces publics du bâtiment pour orienter les visiteurs et échanger sur le projet architectural, le quartier et la programmation artistique.

Description du profil souhaité:

  • Vous aimez le contact avec des publics variés et êtes à l'aise pour aller vers les visiteurs.
  • Vous communiquez facilement et savez gérer aussi bien les échanges agréables que les situations plus délicates.
  • Vous êtes curieux·se, dynamique, inventif·ve et appréciez le travail en équipe.
  • Vous avez un intérêt pour la culture et les arts
  • Vous êtes capable de préparer certaines activités de manière autonome et de faire évoluer votre pratique grâce au travail collectif et aux formations.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux·se, ponctuel·le et flexible face à des horaires variables.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec la gestion d'une caisse ou disposé·e à apprendre.
  • La maîtrise de plusieurs langues, y compris la langue des signes, est un atout. Pour l'accueil et la billetterie, les échanges avec le public se font notamment en français, néerlandais et anglais.
  • Missions interim à temps partiel. La fonction implique des horaires variables et une rotation entre les différents postes du musée.
  • Un environnement culturel stimulant

  • Des formations initiales et continues : médiation, art moderne et contemporain, accueil de publics variés, accessibilité, gestion de caisse, premiers soins, prise de parole en public, etc.
