Notre client est un acteur spécialisé dans les services financiers et les opérations sur titres. Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes, il recherche un(e) Chargé.e d'Opérations Back Office pour rejoindre ses équipes.

Missions

En tant que Chargé.e d'Opérations Back Office, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Vérifier les communications destinées aux clients finaux et partenaires institutionnels
  • Contrôler le bon déroulement des paiements liés aux opérations sur titres sur différents marchés internationaux
  • Effectuer des recherches et analyses sur des dossiers Corporate Actions complexes
  • Assurer les échanges avec les dépositaires, contreparties et autres intervenants du marché
  • Traiter les messages SWIFT et contribuer à la répartition des tâches opérationnelles quotidiennes
  • Réconcilier les mouvements titres et espèces
  • Identifier les anomalies ou incidents opérationnels et remonter les alertes appropriées
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus

En tant que Chargé.e d'Opérations Back Office, vous avez le profil suivant :

  • Diplôme supérieur en Finance, Banque, Économie ou domaine similaire
  • Première expérience ou bonne connaissance des métiers liés aux titres et aux marchés financiers
  • Une connaissance parfaite du français, ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance de l'anglais
  • Sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, notamment Excel
  • Esprit analytique, rigueur, autonomie et souci du détail
  • Bon relationnel et aptitude à travailler dans un environnement exigeant
