The posting

En tant que Chargé(e) de projet, vous assurez la gestion globale du projet, de l'analyse des besoins jusqu'à la mise en œuvre des recommandations. Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Analyser les pratiques actuelles et les processus existants au sein du service de garde de médecine générale bruxellois.
  • Évaluer les besoins des patients néerlandophones ainsi que les enjeux rencontrés par les médecins généralistes et le personnel d'accueil dans la communication quotidienne.
  • Étudier les possibilités offertes par les outils de communication et les technologies actuellement disponibles afin de favoriser les échanges entre patients et professionnels de santé dans leur langue maternelle.
  • Recueillir, formaliser et documenter les besoins fonctionnels des différentes parties prenantes.
  • Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et les cahiers des charges nécessaires à la mise en œuvre des solutions retenues.
  • Élaborer la feuille de route du projet, définir les priorités et assurer le respect du planning.
  • Assurer le suivi du budget, de la qualité, des risques et des délais.
  • Coordonner les différents intervenants internes et externes.
  • Assurer un reporting régulier auprès de la Direction et du Conseil d'administration.
  • Accompagner la conduite du changement et mettre en place les actions de communication nécessaires à l'adhésion des équipes.
  • Formuler des recommandations concrètes visant à renforcer la connaissance et l'utilisation du néerlandais au sein du service de garde de médecine générale bruxellois.
  • Vous disposez d'une expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum en gestion de projet
  • Vous êtes parfaitement bilingue français/néerlandais ou néerlandophone avec une bonne maîtrise du français
  • Vous possédez un diplôme en traduction, interprétation, communication, gestion ou sciences humaines
  • Vous faites preuve d'excellentes capacités d'analyse, d'organisation et de coordination
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome tout en mobilisant des parties prenantes variées
  • Une expérience dans le secteur des soins de santé ou dans le secteur non marchand constitue un atout important.
