The posting

En tant que Chargé.e de relations avec l'enseignement H/F/X, vous

êtes chargé(e) de mettre en œuvre et de développer des actions avec les écoles de l'enseignement francophone et néerlandophone.

participez ponctuellement aux divers projets développés par le centre.

travaillez en collaboration avec le service veille et l'équipe pédagogique.

êtes sous la responsabilité du/de la responsable du pôle chercheurs d'emploi-enseignement et du/de la coordinateur/rice.

vos tâches:

  • Développer le réseau de contacts avec les écoles bruxelloises (nl/fr) qui proposent des sections hôtellerie/restauration
  • Informer les écoles sur les métiers du secteur et les activités du centre de formation et du centre de référence
  • Détecter les besoins des écoles et de proposer des actions visant à l'adéquation des compétences des jeunes avec les attentes de l'entreprise
  • Renforcer les liens entre les écoles et le secteur professionnel (entreprises/professionnels)
  • Promotionner les modules de formations pour les élèves et les enseignants
  • Développer une offre de formation pour les élèves et les enseignants
  • Animer des séances d'information o Avec la collaboration de la cellule veille,
  • Rassembler l'information utile aux différents réseaux de l'enseignement (données statistiques de type socio-économique)
  • Réaliser des enquêtes quantitatives et qualitatives selon une méthodologie adaptée
  • Organiser des groupes de travail/réflexion
  • Analyser les résultats
  • Rédiger des rapports d'analyse
  • Participer aux divers groupes de travail dédiés et mettre en œuvre les actions qui en découlent

  • Diplômé.e d'un Master en sociologie de l'éducation, sciences de l'éducation ou expérience professionnelle significative Familiarisé.e aux spécificités des différents réseaux de l'enseignement en Belgique
  • Bureautique : Word, Excel, Outlook et Powerpoint
  • La connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.
