Je helpt onze vaste klanten met hun transportaanvragen en zoekt de beste vervoerder voor elke klus. Daarbij kijk je goed naar de service, kwaliteit, kosten en wat er voor ons aan overblijft. Je hebt elke dag contact met klanten, vervoerders, partners en je eigen collega's. Je begeleidt het hele transport, van begin tot eind. Je verwerkt alles netjes in het systeem, rekent uit hoeveel ruimte je nodig hebt en zorgt dat alle info en papieren kloppen. Daarna zoek je de beste transportoplossing, via onze vaste vervoerders, je eigen contacten of via platforms zoals Timocom en Teleroute. Je maakt prijsafspraken, spreekt laad- en lostijden af en houdt alles goed in de gaten. Het is een drukke baan waarin je het overzicht moet bewaren en snel moet kunnen schakelen als dingen veranderen. Je merkt problemen snel op, lost ze op en zorgt dat alle afspraken en tarieven nagekomen worden. Zo zorg je niet alleen voor een goedlopende planning, maar ook voor een mooie winst. Je komt terecht in een fijn en stabiel team in Venlo, waar veel ervaring en kennis is. We verwachten dat jij structuur aanbrengt en scherp bent, en dat je meedenkt over hoe we de afdeling nog beter kunnen maken.
