Als asfaltmedewerker ben je onderdeel van een hecht team dat samen werkt aan hoogwaardige asfaltprojecten in de regio. Je hebt een eigen rol binnen de ploeg, zoals asfaltafwerker, balkman, machinist asfaltafwerkmachine, walsmachinist of chauffeur kleefwagen. Je draagt bij aan het realiseren van kwalitatief hoogstaand asfaltwerk, waarbij veiligheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Je werkt volgens duidelijke procedures en afspraken, en geen dag is hetzelfde. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van machines, het aanbrengen en verdichten van asfaltlagen, of het aanbrengen van kleeflagen, afhankelijk van je functie. Flexibiliteit is belangrijk, omdat je soms ook in de avond, nacht of weekenden werkt. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Relevante werkervaring in de wegenbouw - Kennis van verkeersmaatregelen of bereidheid dit te leren - Gecertificeerd voor het uitvoeren van asfaltwerkzaamheden - Flexibele instelling, bereidheid tot werken in onregelmatige diensten (avond, nacht, weekend) - Teamspeler met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel - Nauwkeurig en efficiënt werken met materialen - Fulltime beschikbaarheid - Voor sommige functies: machinistendiploma en/of rijbewijs B of C Functieoverzicht .
