Dit maakt jou trots Jij bent een echte doener en het liefst veel onderweg. Wagen volgeladen en hup, jij begint aan jouw route. Jij bent het visitekaartje van Medicura en gaat naar mensen thuis om medische hulpmiddelen, zoals hoog-laag bedden, matrassen en rolstoelen, te bezorgen of op te halen. Jij bent handig in het installeren van de hulpmiddelen en je weet een duidelijke gebruiksinstructie te geven aan de klant. Er zijn vele redenen waarom de klant een medisch hulpmiddel nodig heeft. Het kan weleens voorkomen dat je in moeilijke situaties van klanten terechtkomt. Met jouw empathische houding weet jij om te gaan met iedere situatie. Ook eventuele problemen op locatie los jij met gemak op. Zo draag jij bij aan ons gezamenlijke doel: een fijn thuis voor onze klanten. Wanneer de klant het hulpmiddel niet meer nodig heeft, haal jij het op. Je bent het meeste onderweg, maar zorgt er ook samen met jouw collega's voor dat alle hulpmiddelen gereinigd worden in de 'wasstraat', zoals wij dat noemen bij Medicura. Is een hulpmiddel beschadigd of kapot? Jij ziet het en schakelt met jouw collega's van de technische dienst. Elk hulpmiddel gaat zo weer schoon en netjes terug de rekken in. Zo, volgende klant ook weer blij! Ook denk jij graag mee over logistieke processen. Samen met jouw collega's weet jij dan ook op een efficiënte manier te werken, administratie correct te verwerken en het magazijn op orde te houden.
