À propos du poste :

Dans le cadre du développement de de leurs activités de distribution auprès des professionnels (commerces, entreprises, collectivités), notre client recherche un(e) Chauffeur-Livreur / Agent de Distribution (H/F/X) dynamique et professionnel(le).

Vous serez le maillon essentiel entre la centrale et des clients professionnels, en assurant des livraisons fiables, rapides et de qualité.

Vos missions principales :

  • Chargement et préparation : Vérifier les marchandises et charger le véhicule conformément aux bons de commande et aux règles d'arrimage.
  • Livraison B2B : Assurer la distribution quotidienne des produits auprès d'un réseau de clients professionnels sur votre tournée.
  • Relation client : Incarner l'image de marque de l'entreprise lors de la remise des marchandises en main propre.
  • Gestion administrative : Faire signer les bons de livraison, gérer les retours éventuels et remonter les informations/remarques du terrain.
  • Entretien du véhicule : Veiller au bon état général et à la propreté du matériel confié.

Votre profil :

  • Permis & Attestations : Titulaire du permis de conduire adapté (Permis B ou C/CAP ou CE).
  • Expérience : Une première expérience réussie dans la distribution ou la livraison aux professionnels est appréciée.
  • Savoir-être : Ponctuel(le), autonome, rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d'un excellent sens du service client.
  • Langues : Maîtrise du français. La connaissance du néerlandais est un plus (pour éventuellement échanger avec certains clients bilingues, fournisseurs ou collègues).
