Functie

Voor een stabiele speler binnen transport en logistiek in de regio Oostende (8400) zoekt Vivaldis een chauffeur rijbewijs C (perskraakwagen). Je vertrekt vroeg (afhankelijk van de route meestal tussen 3u en 6u) en rijdt dagelijks een vaste planning. Je werkt nauw samen met laders en staat mee in voor een vlotte, veilige ophaling. Deze job is ideaal als je graag buiten bent, houdt van fysiek werk en verantwoordelijkheid neemt op de baan. Je krijgt een duidelijke inwerkperiode en kan op termijn doorgroeien in verantwoordelijkheid (bv. vaste route, mentor voor nieuwe collega’s).

Jouw taken:

  • Veilig besturen van de perskraakwagen en correct manoeuvreren in straten/bedrijfssites
  • Samenwerken met collega’s op de route en efficiënt laden/lossen laten verlopen
  • Correct gebruiken van boorddocumenten en het naleven van rij- en rusttijden
  • Dagelijkse controle van voertuig en materiaal (basischecks, melden van defecten)
  • Werken volgens veiligheids- en kwaliteitsafspraken (communicatie is cruciaal)

Profiel

Je bent een betrouwbare teamspeler die graag vroeg start en vlot communiceert. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar junior profielen zijn zeker welkom: motivatie, veiligheid en stiptheid zijn doorslaggevend. Je bent fysiek in orde en hebt geen probleem met een job die niet “9-to-5” is. Daarnaast kan je zelfstandig tot aan de startplaats geraken; je bent dus niet afhankelijk van openbaar vervoer.

Je brengt mee:

  • Rijbewijs C (CE is een plus)
  • Geldige Code 95 + medische schifting en digitale bestuurderskaart in orde
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands (veiligheid, instructies en teamwork)
  • Verantwoordelijk rijgedrag, respect voor materiaal en regels
  • Flexibiliteit in starturen en zin voor fysiek werk
  • Eigen vervoer om tijdig op te starten

Je start via Vivaldis in een fulltime functie met tijdelijk contract en optie vast. Je komt terecht in een praktische, no-nonsense werkomgeving met duidelijke afspraken en aandacht voor veiligheid.

De verloning is marktconform en gebaseerd op barema/ervaring startloon €15,4490 bruto/uur. Daarbovenop zijn er verschillende premies en voordelen die jouw vroege uren en inzet correct waarderen.
