Ben je niet het type chauffeur dat na het lossen gewoon aan de kant blijft staan? Dan is deze job misschien wel iets voor jou! In deze functie combineer je het rijden met actief meewerken op de werf. Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte uitvoering en neemt zelf initiatief wanneer dat nodig is. Een job voor iemand die graag vooruitgaat, zijn verantwoordelijkheid neemt en weet dat de handen uit de mouwen steken erbij hoort.

Wat ga je doen? Vanuit het depot in Lichtervelde vertrek je dagelijks met de vrachtwagen naar verschillende werven. Naast het transport help je jouw collega's actief mee bij de werkzaamheden. Je komt in contact met uiteenlopende klanten en projecten, waardoor een flexibele en professionele houding belangrijk is.

Jouw takenpakket zal bestaan uit:

  • Rijden met 3-assige en 4-assige vrachtwagens en opleggers met kiptrailer
  • Transporteren van wegenisproducten en grondstoffen naar de verschillende werven
  • Actief meehelpen bij de werkzaamheden op de werf
  • Collega's ondersteunen waar nodig en samen zorgen voor een vlotte uitvoering
  • Eventueel rijden met een borstelwagen, afhankelijk van interesse en ervaring
  • Correct invullen van CMR-documenten en documenten voor grondstoffen
  • De planning en voortgang van de werken goed opvolgen
  • Tijd, afstanden en kosten mee in het oog houden
  • Tijdig communiceren wanneer iets niet volgens plan verloopt of wanneer extra informatie nodig is
  • Professioneel communiceren met gemeenten, overheidsdiensten, bedrijven en andere opdrachtgevers

  • Code 95 is vereist
  • Ervaring als chauffeur in de wegenbouw is een belangrijke troef
  • Kennis van wegenisproducten
  • Kunnen rijden met 3-assige en 4-assige vrachtwagens en een oplegger met kiptrailer
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Kennis van de wegen in West-Vlaanderen, Oost-Vlaanderen en Henegouwen
  • Bereidheid om actief mee te werken op de werven
  • Communicatief en vlot in de omgang met collega's en klanten
  • Nauwkeurig en sterk in plannen en organiseren
  • Proactieve ingesteldheid: problemen niet afwachten, maar zelf aanpakken
