Functie

We zijn op zoek naar een chauffeur CE voor internationale nachtritten voor een bedrijf in Gullegem dat gespecialiseerd is in de vleessector en hoogwaardige vleesverwerking.

  • Transport: Verzorgen van wekelijkse internationale koeltransporten vanuit de beroemde versmarkt in Rungis (Parijs) naar de vestiging in Gullegem.
  • Laden en lossen: Volledig zelfstandig inladen van de vleesproducten in Frankrijk en het nadien zorgvuldig en correct lossen op de eindbestemming.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Continu bewaken van de temperatuur, de algemene kwaliteit en de correcte behandeling van het vlees tijdens de rit.
  • Hygiëne: Uiterst strikt opvolgen van de geldende hygiëne- en transportvoorschriften, eigen aan het werken met voeding (hoofdzakelijk rundvlees).
  • Werkuren: Presteren van 11u (te beginnen op dinsdagavond tot woensdagochtend)

Profiel

  • Rijbewijs: In het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs CE, de verplichte vakbekwaamheid (code 95), een bestuurderskaart en een geldige medische schifting.
  • Fysieke kracht: Beschikken over een uitstekende fysieke conditie en flink wat spierkracht; het manueel laden en lossen van grote stukken vlees is bijzonder zwaar werk.
  • Vakkennis: Aantoonbare basiskennis hebben van de deelstukken van het rund en een sterke affiniteit tonen met de vleessector.
  • Talenkennis: NL (met goede kennis FR) of FR
  • Werkattitude: Stipt, zelfstandig en met een bijzonder groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor zowel de lading als het voertuig de baan op gaan.
