**Op zoek naar een ware meester van de weg die onze werven verbindt!** Zie je jezelf als het kloppend hart van onze logistieke operaties? Ben jij die gepassioneerde chauffeur die met een glimlach en een scherp oog voor detail de mooiste routes rijdt? Dan is deze uitdaging echt iets voor jou! Bij ons word je de held van de dag, die met vakmanschap en een warm hart zorgt dat onze kostbare grond en materialen veilig van A naar B komen. Je bent niet zomaar een chauffeur, je bent een onmisbare schakel die onze projecten in beweging houdt. Van de vroege ochtendgloed (we starten tussen 5 en 6 uur) tot een productieve dag met zo'n 2 tot 4 stops, jij bent de piloot die onze kipper-oplegger, voorzien van een handig automatisch schuifzeil, met trots en precisie bestuurt. Je dagen zijn gevuld met dynamiek en variatie, gemiddeld zo'n 10 tot 12 uur per dag, waarin je niet alleen rijdt, maar ook waar nodig een helpende hand biedt op onze levendige werven. Functie eisen

**Functie-eisen Kipper Chauffeur (Rijbewijs CE)**

* **Rijbewijs:** * Geldig Rijbewijs CE. * Geldige Code 95 (Vakbekwaamheid) is een vereiste. * Geldige digitale chauffeurskaart.

* **Ervaring:** * Aantoonbare en relevante werkervaring als kipper chauffeur. * Ervaring met het veilig en efficiënt beladen, transporteren en lossen van verschillende soorten materialen (bijvoorbeeld zand, grind, asfalt, puin). * Bekendheid met de specifieke procedures rondom het werken met kippertransport.

* **Kennis en Vaardigheden:** * Grondige kennis van de verkeersregels, zowel nationaal als internationaal indien van toepassing. * Bekendheid met de werking en het onderhoud van een kipperinstallatie. * Basiskennis van voertuigonderhoud en het signaleren van defecten. * Vermogen om zelfstandig werkzaamheden uit te voeren en problemen op te lossen. * Goede ruimtelijke inzicht en inschattingsvermogen voor manoeuvreren.

* **Persoonlijke Eigenschappen:** * **Betrouwbaarheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel:** Je bent punctueel en zorgt goed voor het materieel. * **Flexibiliteit:** Bereidheid om buiten reguliere werktijden te werken, indien nodig (bijvoorbeeld vroege starts, wisselende diensten). * **Klantgerichtheid:** Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een professionele houding naar klanten en opdrachtgevers. * **Veiligheidsbewustzijn:** Sterke focus op veiligheid voor jezelf, anderen en het milieu. * **Zelfstandigheid:** Je kunt efficiënt plannen en organiseren en zelfstandig werken. * **Fysieke gesteldheid:** Het werk kan fysiek belastend zijn, bijvoorbeeld bij het omgaan met zeilen of het controleren van ladingen.

* **Overige Eisen:** * Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
