SamenZwolle logo vacature Chauffeur Dierenambulance Geplaatst door Dierenambulance Zwolle Reageren tot Zaterdag 9 januari 2027 Wij zijn op zoek naar nieuwe collega's die zich als vrijwilliger chauffeur Dierenambulance in willen zetten voor zieke en/of gewonde dieren in de gemeente Zwolle. Als vrijwilliger bij Stichting Dierenambulance Zwolle heb je een uitdagende en afwisselende functie waarbij je nooit weet wat er gaat komen en waarbij je soms creatief moet zijn met oplossingen. Als chauffeur Dierenambulance rijd je met de ambulance naar de opgegeven locatie om één of meerdere dieren die ziek of in nood zijn te helpen. In deze functie moet je goed kunnen omgaan met allerlei soorten dieren, maar ook met mensen. Dit kunnen mensen zijn met heftige emoties, zoals eigenaren van een aangereden of overleden dier. De werkzaamheden zijn zeer divers: - Hulp bieden bij zieke en/of gewonde dieren. - Vervoeren van (gewonde, zieke) huisdieren met of zonder eigenaar naar een dierenkliniek. - Kom je thuis bij mensen waarvan hun huisdier is overleden. - Verleen je eerste hulp bij dieren en verzorg je de dieren die in onze 1e lijnsopvang verblijven. - Het kan ook zijn dat je de politie of de brandweer moet assisteren met een dier in nood of met een inbeslagname. Vaardigheden - Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs met 2 jaar regelmatige rijervaring; - Je bent woonachtig in Zwolle; - Je bent stressbestendig, flexibel en weet prioriteiten te stellen; - Je hebt een goede lichamelijke conditie; - Je bent bereid om zowel overdag als 's avonds en 's nachts te werken, evenals op feestdagen.
