The posting

Nous organisons cette procédure de sélection en vue de constituer une réserve de candidatures pour pallier aux remplacements des chauffeurs titulaires des consultations mobiles pour les provinces de Liège, Namur et du Luxembourg.

Evironnement de travail

Afin d’assurer le suivi des consultations pour enfants dans des zones à faible densité de population, l’ONE organise des consultations itinérantes au travers des cars sanitaires.

Il s’agit d’une fonction itinérante qui s’exerce essentiellement au sein des provinces de Liège, Namur et du Luxembourg. Elle implique de nombreux contacts avec les usagers de l’ONE et les partenaires internes (Partenaire Enfant Parents (PEP’S), médecins, …).

Fonction

En tant que chauffeur des consultations mobiles, vous êtes responsable de la conduite, de l’entretien et de l’approvisionnement du car sanitaire, et du garage. Vous êtes également chargé d’accueillir les usagers (enfant, famille/accompagnateur, …) dans une perspective de bien-être et de sécurité.

  • Tenir le véhicule en état (nettoyage intérieur et extérieur) ;
  • Avertir le responsable en cas de problème technique/mécanique du véhicule, passage du véhicule au contrôle technique, entretiens techniques, …) ;
  • Téléphoner, en cas d’accident ou de panne, au responsable hiérarchique et au référent accompagnement ;
  • Stationner le car aux endroits appropriés et prévus à cet effet, dans le cadre ou l’emplacement n’est pas disponible, choisir les arrêts en veillant aux critères en vigueur (sécurité des lieux, respect du Code de la route en matière de stationnement, possibilités de stationnement pour les véhicules des usagers, …) ;
  • Se renseigner sur l’état des routes et décider de ne pas sortir le car, prévenir ensuite l’équipe de consultation et le supérieur hiérarchique ;
  • Respecter la ponctualité des séances de consultation (arriver 15 minutes avant les séances, tenir compte des changements d’horaires et itinéraires, …) ;
  • Accueillir les usagers (aider les mamans à monter, se présenter, …) ;
  • Approvisionner le car avant la tournée (en papier de soie, abaisse-langue, adrénaline, carburant, …) ;
  • Assurer, en concertation avec les coordinateurs et les PEP’S, les commandes de documents, matériel de consultation, … ;
  • Veiller à la propreté du véhicule (désinfecter le véhicule après chaque passage de familles) et à l’entretien des toilettes ;
  • Veiller au bon état du système de chauffage et de climatisation et assurer une température correcte pendant les séances de consultation (22°) ;
  • Veiller au bon fonctionnement et au nettoyage du frigo ;
  • Après la tournée, éliminer les déchets (médicaux et autres) selon le système prévu.
