  • dagelijks pakketten inladen in magazijn Amazon - 2020 Antwerpen
  • Pakketten zijn genummerd en verdeeld in genummerde zakken, zodat de structuur voor levering vlot kan opgevolgd worden.
  • Feedback van de rit communiceren met de dispatcher en instructies dipatcher opvolgen
  • 7 op 7 werken, ook zon-en feestdagen
  • Werkdagen van 9 werkuren, van 11u a 11u30 tot 21u a 21u30 (met een half uur pauze rond 16u).
  • Werken op zondag en feestdagen geeft extra loon (zondag is 200%, feestdag is 200% en de feestdag mag op een andere dag opgenomen worden.
  • Werkweken van 38 werkuren, werkritme is 4/4/5/5, 4 dagen per week 9u werken + 2 dagen stand-by
  • Ritten worden dagelijks opgevolgd zodat de workload niet te hoog of te laag wordt.
  • Tijdens drukke periodes worden extra wagen en extra personeel ingezet zodat de workload steeds haalbaar blijft

- verplicht goed Nederlands te spreken en te begrijpen : er is continue communicatie tussen de dispatcher en de chauffeur deze moet altijd in het nederlands gebeuren. Ook alle opleidingen en briefings gebeuren in het Nederlands.

- mogelijkheid hebben om te werken op elke dag van de week, vast werkdagen kunnen niet gegeven worden, iedereen zal geregeld eens moeten werken op een zaterdag. Voor zondagen en feestdagen zijn extra vergoedingen, de mogelijkheden om op die dagen te werken, zullen zo eerlijk mogelijk verdeeld worden.
