The posting

1. Livraison, installation et reprise Effectuer les livraisons, les chargements et les déchargement du matériel. Installer et monter le matériel selon les prestations prévues. Assurer le démontage et la reprise du matériel. Contrôler la conformité des livraisons et reprises avec le client. Réaliser les comptages de matériel lors des reprises. Vérifier l'intégrité du matériel (qualité, quantité, état). Prendre les photos nécessaires à la validation des prestations. Faire signer les documents de livraison et de reprise au client. 2. Préparation et analyse de la tournée Vérifier la feuille de route, les bons de livraison et de reprise et les notes opérationnelles/commerciales. Analyser les livraisons, reprises, montages et démontages prévus. Identifier et remonter les contraintes : accès, horaires, contacts, matériel spécifique, difficultés connues, besoins de renfort. Contrôler l'état du véhicule avant chaque départ (sécurité, pneus, éclairage, propreté) et la conformité du chargement (sécurisation, sangles, organisation du matériel). 3. Conduite et sécurité Conduire les véhicules légers, poids lourds et super poids lourds selon habilitation. Respecter strictement le code de la route et les règles de sécurité. Garantir la sécurité du matériel transporté. Respecter les contraintes horaires et la planification des tournées. Assurer la traçabilité des heures d'arrivée et de départ sur chaque prestation. 4. Relation client et communication terrain Assurer la qualité des prestations chez le client. Contacter chaque client au minimum 30 minutes avant l'arrivée. Confirmer l'horaire, l'adresse, les conditions d'accès et la présence du contact. Identifier rapidement les problèmes ou demandes de services additionnels avec la validation du responsable. Être l'interlocuteur principal sur site entre Options et le client. 5. Suivi administratif et reporting Compléter les feuilles de route et documents de livraison/reprise. Transmettre les informations de terrain au bureau. Signaler toute anomalie : accès difficile, matériel manquant, retard, problème client, besoin de renfort. Relations internes

Relations internes & externes Interne : Planning, logistique, commercial, exploitation, management. Externe : Client, prestataire, intervenant sur site.

Horaire : avant 8h - 18h

Dépôt/ Forest

Expérience dans la logistique, l'événementiel ou la gestion d'équipes opérationnelles. Sens de l'organisation et respect strict des délais. Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
