Raes Pharmaceutical Logistics is gespecialiseerd in het transport en de distributie van farmaceutische en temperatuurgevoelige producten.

Als chauffeur bij Raes Pharmaceutical Logistics zorg je voor de veilige en correcte distributie van temperatuurgevoelige farmaceutische producten in heel België.

Je levert onder andere geneesmiddelen en medische hulpmiddelen bij ziekenhuizen, apotheken, artsen, groothandels en patiënten thuis. Daarbij ben jij ons visitekaartje bij de klant én een belangrijke schakel in onze kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je levert en haalt farmaceutische zendingen op volgens een geplande distributieronde.
  • Je controleert de zendingen en zorgt voor een correcte aflevering.
  • Je waakt mee over het correct behandelen van temperatuurgevoelige producten.
  • Je verwerkt de bijhorende logistieke administratie correct.
  • Je volgt onze kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en GDP-procedures nauwgezet.
  • Je gaat zorgvuldig om met je voertuig, goederen, scanner en ander materiaal.
  • Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten en patiënten en zorgt voor een professionele en klantvriendelijke service.

Goed om vooraf te weten: dit is geen klassieke 9-to-5-job.

Je vertrekt doorgaans tussen 04.00 en 05.00 uur vanuit Drongen. De duur van je werkdag hangt af van je route, het aantal stops, verkeer en eventuele wachttijden. Korte en lange werkdagen wisselen elkaar af en een werkdag kan oplopen tot ongeveer 12 uur.

Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag en bent na je distributieronde opnieuw thuis.

Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar motivatie, verantwoordelijkheidszin en flexibiliteit vinden we minstens even belangrijk

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand die betrouwbaar, verantwoordelijk en nauwkeurig is. Ervaring als chauffeur, koerier of in distributie is een pluspunt, maar ervaring in de farmaceutische sector is niet noodzakelijk. Je krijgt hiervoor de nodige opleiding.

Je:

  • beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B;
  • rijdt veilig en defensief en respecteert de verkeersregels;
  • bent stipt, nauwkeurig en betrouwbaar;
  • werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid;
  • bent flexibel en kunt omgaan met wisselende werkuren en langere werkdagen;
  • blijft rustig bij files, vertragingen of onverwachte situaties;
  • volgt procedures en werkinstructies nauwgezet;
  • begrijpt dat naast het rijden ook administratie en correcte registratie belangrijk zijn;
  • bent klantvriendelijk, discreet en respectvol in de omgang met klanten, patiënten en collega's;
  • gaat zorgvuldig om met voertuig, goederen en materiaal;
  • hebt een verzorgd voorkomen;
  • beschikt over eigen vervoer naar onze vestiging in Drongen, ook voor de vroege vertrekuren.
