Bij dit bedrijf vind je een informele bedrijfscultuur, korte communicatielijnen en toewijding aan medewerkers en klanten. Samen met hun collega's bieden zij totaaloplossingen in tankvervoer. Hier werken zij met een vooruitstrevende blik, flexibele instelling en hands-on-mentaliteit! Je komt te werken in een 2 ploegendienst. In deze rol ben jij een centraal aanspreekpunt voor alle chauffeurs die deze locatie bezoeken. Zij melden zich bij aankomst en jij controleert hun gegevens en de gegevens van de lading. Jij staat klaar om vragen te beantwoorden en biedt eventuele ondersteuning onder het genot van een bakje koffie. Daarnaast zorg je er ook voor dat alle afdelingen de juiste informatie hebben zodat zij hun opdrachten zo goed mogelijk kunnen uitvoeren. Denk hierbij aan het opmaken van orders, invoeren van gegevens, informeren over eventuele extra kosten en overige werkzaamheden. Jij herkent jezelf hierin - Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; - Eens per 4 weken ben je beschikbaar op een zaterdag; - Enige kennis van ADR-goederen; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; - Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs en eigen vervoer; - Bereidheid om indien nodig extra uren te werken; - Daarnaast ben jij: zelfstandig, stressbestendig, een teamplayer en een aanpakker.
