The posting

Je ondersteunt chauffeurs gedurende hun volledige werkdag en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse logistieke operatie goed blijft verlopen. Daarbij houd je continu zicht op de voortgang van routes en schakel je wanneer situaties daarom vragen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Ontvangen en begeleiden van chauffeurs op het depot; • Beantwoorden van vragen van chauffeurs; • Voeren van telefonische gesprekken met chauffeurs; • Ondersteunen van chauffeurs bij uitdagingen onderweg; • Monitoren van de voortgang van routes; • Signaleren van afwijkingen en hierop actie ondernemen; • Meedenken over passende oplossingen bij operationele knelpunten; • Bewaken van de dienstverlening richting klanten; • Uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden; • Zorgvuldig vastleggen van relevante informatie; • Samenwerken met collega's om de dagelijkse operatie succesvol af te ronden.

Functie-eisen: Voor deze functie is het belangrijk dat je overzicht houdt, snel kunt schakelen en duidelijk communiceert met chauffeurs en collega's.

Harde eisen:

• Je woont binnen een straal van maximaal 25 kilometer van het depot; • Je bent in het bezit van een geldige VOG of bent bereid deze aan te vragen; • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en bereid om in ploegendiensten te werken; • Je bent beschikbaar in de avonduren en weekenden; • Je hebt ervaring met het MS Office-pakket; • Je maakt nieuwe systemen snel eigen. • Daarnaast ben je communicatief sterk, stressbestendig en denk je in oplossingen. Je durft collega's op een professionele manier aan te spreken wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt en weet ook onder druk het overzicht te bewaren.
