Je leert essentiële culinaire vaardigheden, hotelstandaarden en keukenprocessen tijdens een gestructureerd leerprogramma. Verantwoordelijkheden * Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse keukenwerkzaamheden door te helpen met de voedselbereiding, basiskoken en mise en place volgens de hotelstandaarden en menu's. * Professionele kooktechnieken leren en toepassen ter ondersteuning van de service in het restaurant, bij banketten en evenementen. * Het volgen van de procedures (o.a. HACCP) en de normen voor voedselveiligheid, hygiëne en netheid. * Werk nauw samen met het keukenteam en andere hotelafdelingen om een soepele bedrijfsvoering en positieve gastervaringen te garanderen. * Volg het bedrijfsbeleid en de standaardprocedures, meld incidenten of onderhoudsproblemen en neem actief deel aan trainingen als onderdeel van het BBL-leerprogramma.
